Essential oils can be used for inhalation, bath & shower, massages, diffusers and burners.
Massage or Body Oil: For full body massage, add 12-15 drops of essential oil in 30ml of nourishing base oil such as Sweet Almond Oil or Jojoba Oil to add aromatherapy benefits to your nourishing massage or as a soothing body oil.
Baths & Showers: Add 4-5 drops of essential oil in 5 ml of nourishing base oil and then add into hot water tub and enjoy; or cover the plughole and add 3-5 drops of essential oil in 5 ml of nourishing base oil into the shower basin and enjoy the steaming effect during the shower. (Might need to adjust the amount according to the size of the tub or shower room.)
Vaporizer & Burner: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to water in a tabletop vaporizer or burner. Add 5-7 drops to water in a large room vaporizer or burner to make fantastic natural air fresheners.
Inhalation: Add 2-4 drops to a 300ml bowl of steaming water and place a towel over your face and lean over the bowl to bask in the steam and inhale for a few minutes.
Safety Information
For external use only. Do not ingest essential oil. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, with skin condition, epilepsy, asthma or on medication, please consult a medical practitioner before use. Do not use essential oils without dilution or in high concentration.
To ensure skin compatibility, test product on a small patch of skin. Even when diluted, essential oils should be kept away from sensitive areas such as eyes and mucous membranes. If redness or adverse reaction is caused, discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor.
Photosensitive Oils: Bergamot Oil, Grapefruit Oil, Orange Oil, Lemon Oil, Lime Oil and Mandarin Oil - when using photosensitive oils on skin, avoid direct sunlight or UV light exposure until after a minimum of 12 hours.
Children: Do not recommend for children under 2 years old or children with skin condition. Only specific essential oils are suitable for children, please consult a medical practitioner before use.
Storage: Some essential oils are flammable, care should be taken with naked flames. They can also damage polished, plastic or painted surfaces. Essential oils are best stored away from direct heat or sunlight.
