Sauna Joy is a massage stone with one side roughened. Perfect for exfoliating the skin in the sauna. Take the stone to the sauna benches and let it warm up as the sauna heats up.  

While in the sauna, take the stone in your hand and massage it with gentle movements. You can use massage oil at the same time. The roughened side gently exfoliates the skin. Clean the stone with water after use or, if necessary, with a detergent.
